APPOINTMENT RATES

Individual Initial Intake: $300  / 1 hour individual session: $260

Couples Initial Intake: $350  / 1 hour couples session: $300 

Please inquire about reduced rates or sliding scale if you are in financial need.  

Now seeing South Carolina clients (Telehealth). 

Provisional associate fee:

Individual Initial Intake: $200  /  1 hour individual session: $175

Couple Initial Intake: $225  / 1 hour couples session: $200

Please inquire if you are interested in sliding scale rates based on financial need.

Extra fees (i.e. school meetings, letter writing, collateral phone calls/meetings) will be charged based on time spent using the same hourly session fee scale.

INSURANCE

Dynamic Heart Counseling is a group of Out of Network Providers. A receipt will be provided to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can help with billing upon request. 

If you are unsure if you have out of network mental health benefits, please contact your insurance provider or ask our office for assistance in contacting your insurance company before your first appointment. 

Patient is always responsible for payment at their time of visit.
