Hello everyone! My name is Julia Del Balzo, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Bergen County, New Jersey treating children, teens, and adults in my private psychotherapy practice. If you have found yourself on this page, you either already know me and have heard me babble on about my new website, or you want to know more about who I am and what I do. Either way, I am glad that you are here and hope to hear from you!

My hope for this website is to give you some information about my practice. If you view the services page, you can hear all about my experience and specialties. If you visit the Meet Julia page, you can get a little back story on how I came to be in this profession and some general information about my approach. The rates and insurance page will be updated accordingly with any changes in my rates and fees.

My blog is where you will be able to learn a bit more about me and the things I like to incorporate into my practice. I am always on the lookout for new concepts, ideas, products, etc, that I feel can be beneficial to my patients, my friends, my family, and me! I am a big supporter of practicing what you preach, so I will be sharing some of my personal experiences and viewpoints along the way.
