The College Prep Group!

Are you excited to go to college in the fall but secretly freaking out about all of the unknowns?

Wouldn’t it be great to know exactly what to expect and how to deal with it before you even arrive on campus?

Introducing a group series for high school upperclassmen and college students…

You’ve got nowhere to go but UP.

Everyone says college is supposed to be the best four years of your life (no pressure!).

Here’s your chance to make college your time to shine.

Whether you are in the process of researching schools, applying to them, or have already been accepted and are just counting down the days till you graduate high school, you will need to know what to do to be emotionally and mentally prepared for college. Wait…what did you think?  You were just going to show up and wing it?

Here are some of the things you can look forward to talking about in our 4 session group series:

  • Learn how to deal with stress, sadness, and relationship issues (3 common reasons students ride the struggle bus) so that you can make friends, make it to class, stay sane, and have fun all at the same time.
  • Practice managing your time and staying organized so that you can get all of your assignments done on time without pulling all nighters or pulling out your hair.
  • Pinpoint what you’re already good at so you can use your strengths to your advantage both in college and when you’re done. Keep that momentum going when you step out into the “real world”.
  • Hear what college is like from people who have already been there so that you can get inside scoop and pointers that would have been helpful for the rest of us to know before we got to college. Learn from people who learned the hard way so you don’t have to.

You will finish with confidence, excitement, and an “I’ve got this!” attitude towards your next chapter.

Limited spaces available- don’t wait to reserve your spot!
